What we collect

When you send a booking request or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, trip details (date, times, addresses, passengers, vehicle) and any notes. When you book, we also keep the information needed for your rental agreement and payment.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, arrange and provide your transportation, send your price, agreement and invoice, and keep the business records the law requires. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our own team. Your request is delivered to our business email, which is hosted by our web host. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers. When you type a pickup or destination address, the text you type is sent to Photon, a free map search service run by Komoot using OpenStreetMap data, only to suggest matching addresses.

How long we keep it

Booking requests that are not confirmed are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept as long as Canadian tax rules require.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers, for your current visit only, that you have already seen the opening animation.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@elegancelimo.ca or calling 519-969-4444.
